The solution

Your fleet in the field.
Visible from wherever you are.

A stopped machine, uncontrolled fuel use and maintenance done after the failure cost availability and productivity. Radarys brings GPS location, operational data and video telemetry together in a single platform, turning what happens in the field into information you can act on.

Real-time GPS tracking

Every machine is located in the field and tracked on the map, with route, movements and stops logged. You know where every asset is and how long it stayed there.

Operational data via CAN Bus

Integration with the equipment's electronics brings RPM, temperature, fuel, pressure and operating hours straight from the machine, without depending on manual logging.

Video telemetry alongside the data

Footage of the operation lives on the same platform as the equipment's position and indicators, giving context to what the numbers show for every event.

Automatic alerts before the failure

Configurable thresholds trigger alerts as soon as an indicator drifts off standard, letting you spot deviations before they turn into unplanned downtime and maintenance cost.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before bringing Radarys telemetry to your operation.

What is Radarys?

It's a telemetry and tracking platform built to monitor industrial machines and assets in real time. GPS location, operational data and video telemetry are brought together in one place, letting you monitor the operation, cut downtime and support decisions with precise information.

Which equipment does Radarys monitor?

Any machine operating in the field. Telemetry devices are installed on heavy fleets as well as on the operation's fixed assets:

  • Mining and earthmoving
  • Field transport
  • Lifting and material handling
  • Forestry and agriculture
  • Generator sets and industrial compressors
  • Transfer pumps
What does CAN Bus integration do?

It reads data straight from the equipment's electronics. Instead of depending on manual logging, Radarys tracks what the machine itself reports — RPM, temperature, fuel, pressure and operating hours — and turns it into operational and maintenance indicators.

Which indicators can I track on the platform?

The data arrives ready to track every asset's availability and productivity:

  • Real-time location, route and stops
  • RPM and operating hours
  • Temperature and pressure
  • Fuel level and consumption
  • Idle time and effective working time
  • Logged alerts and deviations
How do automatic alerts work?

You define thresholds for each indicator and the platform notifies you as soon as the machine drifts off standard. The goal is to spot the deviation before it turns into a failure, reducing unplanned downtime and maintenance costs.

What does video telemetry add?

Footage and data in the same place. Onboard cameras show the context of the operation at the moment of the event, which helps make sense of what the indicators point to, supports incident analysis and reinforces field team safety.

Do I need to replace the equipment I already have?

No. Telemetry devices are installed on existing equipment, of different brands and ages, and the architecture is open to make use of the infrastructure already in place. You scale up without rebuilding your fleet or your systems.

Does Radarys integrate with the systems we already use?

Yes. The platform is part of the industrial ecosystem, sharing data between systems so machine information reaches maintenance, operations and management without rework.

What happens when equipment operates in an area without coverage?

The operation keeps being logged. Data collected at distant job sites syncs with the platform once the connection is restored, keeping the equipment's history complete.

Is equipment history kept on record?

Yes. Positions, indicators, alerts and events for every asset are stored, letting you analyze usage patterns, review the maintenance plan and compare performance between equipment and job sites.

Does Radarys support large-scale operations?

Yes. The platform scales from a single piece of equipment to fleets distributed across multiple units and job sites, keeping the same centralized view for whoever tracks the operation.

Will my team need advanced training?

No. The dashboard was designed for direct operational use: map, equipment indicators, video and alerts on a single screen, with the information that matters visible at a glance.

How are information security and governance handled?

The operation is traceable end to end, with control over who accesses what and a log of every action:

  • Access by role and area of responsibility
  • Logging of alerts, validations and actions
  • Protection of operational data and footage
  • Monitoring of critical devices and links
  • Traceable history for auditing
  • Post-event analysis
